1. Delivery Area
We currently deliver within Dhar, Madhya Pradesh and surrounding areas.

2. Shipping Charges
- Orders below ₹299 → ₹10 delivery charge
- Orders ₹299 and above → FREE delivery

3. Payment Methods
- Online Payment (UPI, Cards, Net Banking)
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — Available at no extra charge

4. Estimated Delivery Time
- Standard delivery: 1-3 business days
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be processed the same day

5. Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday to Saturday
- Sunday & public holidays — orders processed next business day

6. Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed or not delivered, please contact us via WhatsApp or call us directly. We will resolve it within 24 hours.
